Manita Pokharel is a healthcare communication specialist at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, with over ten years of experience in media, including radio and television. She has advocated for youth, health, spirituality, and women’s issues. She currently hosts a current affairs show called “Jaaga” on Radio Annapurna Nepal and works as a freelance Master of Ceremony and Moderator for various events. Pokharel holds an MBA from DAV Business School, Lalitpur.
